• Seitan (derived from wheat gluten and marinated in tamari, kombu and ginger)*
• Tempe (result of the fermentation of the soybean grain)
• Enhanced products (veggie burgers, kebabs, cutlets, sausages, spring rolls, pickles, salsa, patés, pasta, biscuits and bread etc.)

*Seitan is a nutritious alternative to meat, highly absorbable source of protein.
